Hunting

Fishing and hunting husbandry "Krupenino" is a nice place for successful hunting and excellent recreation. It became very popular among Belorussian and foreign hunters. The husbandry is situated 30 km away from Vitebsk. The area of fishing and hunting husbandry occupies the territory of 40,701 ha including forest (12,309 hа), fields (23,657 ha), lakes and swamps (4717 hа). The relief of the territory is a moraine plain, made by an old glaciation. This is a part of Belorussian Lakeland. The altitude is 130-150 m above sea level. This is a zone of Belorussian Lakeland with a diverse fauna and plants. Such conditions stimulate the reproduction of many hunting species.

There are 15 ha of fodder fields, 12 forage grounds for wild boar, 8 trough for deer and roe, 40 saline soils for ungulates, 27 towers for counting and shooting the animals in the husbandry.
